Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Elysium Exclusive Villas website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when:

• We receive your completed booking request
• We confirm availability and send written confirmation
• Required deposits or payments are received

Payment Terms

• A full payment is required to secure your booking
• Payments can be made by bank transfer
• All prices are in Euros and include applicable taxes

Cancellation Policy

• 30+ days before arrival: Full refund
• Less than 30 days: No refund
• No-show: No refund

Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: 2:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request
• Photo identification required at check-in

Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

• Treat the property with respect and care
• Not exceed the maximum occupancy limits
• Not smoke inside the villas
• Keep noise levels reasonable, especially after 10 PM
• Report any damages or issues immediately
• Follow all local laws and regulations

Liability and Insurance

Guests are responsible for:

• Any damage to the property beyond normal wear and tear
• Their personal belongings and valuables
• Obtaining appropriate travel insurance

Elysium Exclusive Villas is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or travel restrictions.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Greece.
